This sharpening kit includes an Ambush Pro Series Paddle Strop and two 1 ounce bottles of CBN compound. You have your choice of any two CBN compounds that we offer.
For reference the following is a guide on how the CBN Microns convert to grit for comparison to sand paper or compound bars.
- .5 Micron = 32,000 Grit
- 1 Micron = 16,000 Grit
- 2 Micron = 8,000 Grit
- 4 Micron = 4,000 Grit
- 8 Micron = 2,000 Grit
- 16 Micron = 1,000 Grit
Leather is a natural product and as such can have small imperfections in the hide or areas that are slightly thinner. This is not a defect and is completely normal with leather.
