The Bark River Gunny Hunter 3V is the field/outdoor/hunting version of the BRKT Gunny. Designed for the outdoorsman, hunter, or camper this knife is perfectly sized for almost any outdoor chore. Built to be incredibly comfortable with contoured handles that make this hunting and camping knife feel like an extension of your hand.
Although guardless, an integral self guard allows for increased safety without a cumbersome guard for detail work. Envisioned by Jason Thoune of DLT Trading, the Bark River Gunny Hunter 3V has been his personal knife of choice on numerous excursions into the field with a modified prototype. A flat spine (no thumb ramp) leads to increased comfort in field uses and this Bark River knife comes with either a smooth spine or with jimping for increase grip on the knife spine. The point has been dropped slightly from the original tactical version and the blade has slightly improved cutting geometry with a slightly thinner terminal edge.
