These knives are 100% handmade by Matt Gaskill in his shop. All damascus/san mai is produced in his shop. All forging, grinding, cutting, drilling, heat treating etc. is done by him. The makers mark will say "HANDMADE" on it. And each knife will have a serialized number on the certificate of authenticity.
