Leather Bench Strop

The DLT Leather Bench Strop is the result of product development several months in the making. Consultation with several knife makers and knife enthusiasts told us there was a demand for a super-high quality, 100% American made leather bench strop that would put the best possible, extremely sharp edge on your knife. Our premium bench model strop can be summed up in a word: super-sized! Measuring 14" x 3" x 1.125" with a 12" x 3" leather sharpening surface the bench model is pre-drilled to easily mount to your work bench if you choose. We spared no cost in the development of this strop block. Northern grown hardwoods such as Black Cherry, White Ash and Black Walnut were harvested to provide the utmost in appearance and extreme durability. Finally, we contacted Sharpshooter sheath systems to provide high quality, vegetable tanned leather to provide the perfect medium to handle sharpening compound and put that razor edge on your knife. Leather is a natural product and as such can have small imperfections in the hide or areas that are slightly thinner. This is not a defect and is completely normal with leather.
