The LT Wright Overland Machete features a 12” blade made of 1075 carbon steel for maximum toughness and impact resistance combined with easy field sharpening. This well-designed, hand crafted clearing tool has an ample handle measuring 6.5” for comfort even with the largest of hands or while wearing gloves. The handle slabs feature fisheye bolts and epoxy for strength as well as front and rear lanyard tubes to be used as a hand loop or as a lashing point. A unique two stage patina finish is added to resist tarnishing/rusting (and it looks pretty cool we must admit!)
Carrying the Overland Machete is comfortable and practical thanks to the included kydex sheath which will not attract or retain moisture and allows for fast, easy deployment. Whether you are clearing briars, bramble, bamboo or small saplings this may be the perfect tool for you. Proudly handcrafted by LT Wright and crew in Ohio, USA. Overall length measures approximately 19” with a full exposed tang built of 3/32” carbon steel stock. Convex ground for a durable edge.
