Nordic Knife Ulu 170 - Curly Birch - 440C Blade

An ULU from Nordic Knife Design. Large radius enough to make it an exceptionally efficient tool in the kitchen. The forefinger hole allows for placing the palm right over the midpoint of the edge, which generates the weight and force of your hand to easily cut through vegetables, meat, fish bones. This NKD Ulu is a real beast in the kitchen or why not for the camping tour. Handle is Finnish curly birch, finished with China wood oil, a mixture of tung oil and linseed oil. Leather sheath is included.
