NTI's TiButton Double Lock is the world's first clicker style pen with a SAFETY!
This is Nottinghams newest design of their award winning {patent pending} ballpoint ink pen line. All their pens are completely machined and built in house, including the mechanism. The TiButton was created and mastered over a two-year period. In that time, they manufactured four variations of the TiButton mechanism; Right or Left-Handed and Single or Double Locking, allowing you to choose the pen that is perfect for you!
The new mechanism is very simple, yet complex at the same time. Thanks to their five axis machining centers and all the support equipment, they were able to bring Lee's dream and vision to life.
The TiButton Right Hand Double Lock has the locking button on the right side of the pocket clip. The ink will not extend nor retract until the locking button is pushed in -thus making it the world's first pen with a safety!
The double lock version was created for people that often get ink where it should not be with the regular clicker style pen. The double locking "safety" version is the choice for those who carry on duty vest etc., Or for those that want to keep their work shirts and jackets looking so fresh and so clean!
