The Osprey 9 was born out of necessity, the necessity for a camp-kitchen knife that can be carried in a high-quality sheath that can be used for a wide range of cutting chores if needed. This knife is for the outdoor enthusiast, camper, overlander, and hunter that enjoys a good meal over freeze dried food in a bag! Even if you love reconstituted eggs, the Osprey 9 is tough enough for plenty of other cutting tasks around camp! The Osprey 9 will be your favorite companion in the kitchen too!

The Osprey 9 is made from Sandvik 14C28N Stainless Steel, 14C28N offers a high level of toughness, stain resistance, edge retention and possibly most important, it is easy to sharpen. A knife away from home is no good if you can't put a field expedient edge on it. The blades are stonewashed for an easy to maintain finish. Comes with an ambidextrous kydex sheath with a 1.5" belt/pocket clip.
