Spartan Blades Les George Raider
The Spartan-George Raider Dagger is a collaborative project between Spartan Blades and custom knife designer Les George. It is an homage to the United States Marine Corps Raider Stiletto from WWII. Given that George is himself a former U.S. Marine, this is something he knows a bit about.
The idea was to take this classic design and upgrade it with modern materials. To that end, it has a full tang design with SK5 steel. The injection molded sheath is knife specific and allows for a very secure carry. The double-edged blade has a needle-sharp tip and diamond shaped cross section. The grip is symmetrical and slender, with a middle convexity to it.
The Spartan-George Raider Dagger isn’t exactly a utility knife, but it is a must-have for those who appreciate its historical relevance, as well as its usefulness in certain situations.
