The Buck 110 S30V Ultimate Hunter Limited Edition was envisioned by DLT’s owner, Jason Thoune, in collaboration with Buck’s special projects manager Billy Bates. Both Billy and Jason sought out to build a premium Buck 110 that had all the bells and whistles of a custom Buck 110 at a price that didn’t break the bank. Over numerous phone calls, emails and discussion we designed and prototyped what we feel is one of the best (maybe the best) version of the Folding Hunter ever built.

The inaugural 2015 edition was received with such praise and popularity we decided to make this limited edition collector’s knife an annual project. For this year’s model we started with the rock solid, no nonsense frame of the Buck 110 and added elegant Rosewood handles, a pewter Buck logo shield inlay (rarely seen on Folding Hunters) and nickel silver bolsters. Once again, a drop point blade shape was chosen for its utility and good looks. Take a look at the blade and we think you’ll agree – it is the blade made for the 110! For maximum performance in the field, Crucible’s CPM S30V super steel was used on the drop point blade. This Folding Hunter will flat out perform like no other standard 110. It really was built to work and hunt. Oh, and it looks really good!
